Devon: Polly Portwin of the Alliance's Campaign for Hunting has accused the League Against Cruel Sports (LACS) of running a 'divisive', 'time wasting' campaign in Devon to end trail hunting. The story was covered by Devon Live in response to a poorly attended LACS 'action day' in Tiverton. The League's campaign comes in the wake of a recent Tiverton Town Council vote which saw local councillors overwhelmingly reject a motion to
ban the annual boxing day meet. The Alliance contacted councillors prior to the vote to outline the importance of trail hunting locally.
